Newly formed in 2003, Sonoma County based TripFlare Consulting took root in 1999 when two like minds merged. We saw, we sensed and we had first-hand experience with the disparity in the business world between reality and expectation, too often driven solely by the bottom line. We weren't afraid to talk about it, to care, to learn, grow and make a difference in our lives and that of our clients. One from Psychology, the other from Sociology, we both knew we could deliver superior service in the friendliest of ways. We took a systems approach towards Maximum Sustainability.
