In Tracy's role with Ernst & Young's national global equity and incentives practice, she assists multi-national companies with feasibility studies, tax and legal due diligence reviews, employee communication material, corporate tax planning strategies, process mapping and development of procedural manuals. Before joining E&Y, Tracy was with CSFB in their International Equity Settlements division in London for two years. Prior to her work with CSFB, Tracy worked for six years in Moscow, Russia. Her experience in Moscow included the management of equity settlements and custody services, and reporting legislative developments to international investors. Tracy also worked with a human resource consulting firm to develop employer/employee manuals covering the Russian Labor Code and HR policy development. Tracy received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Politics & Economics from Middlebury College in Vermont and is proficient in the Russian language.
