Sean McNulty Ernst & Young Sean is a member of Ernst & Young's national global equity and incentives practice, where he has consulted with a wide range of both listed and private companies on incentive compensation programs for over twelve years. He has broad experience with tax, legal, accounting, and administrative issues that affect the design, operation, and communication of equity incentive programs. His experience includes the design and implementation of executive and broad-based stock option plans, employee share purchase plans, restricted stock awards, and deferred bonus arrangements in over 40 countries. Sean is also an attorney, and has consulted with companies on international regulatory issues affecting global compensation programs, in conjunction with Ernst & Young's global law network.
