Towers Perrin
Paula Todd is a Principal of Towers Perrin specializing in executive and stock-based compensation. She manages Towers Perrin's centralized Compensation Research and Development function located in Stamford, CT. She also serves as a firm-wide resource on technical issues related to executive and outside director compensation, and broad-based stock plans. Ms. Todd joined Towers Perrin in the Washington, D.C. office in 1980. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Tax Analysis for the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships and served as the Administrator of the Bureau of Naval Personnel Non-Appropriated Fund Activities Retirement Plan.
Ms. Todd has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the American Compensation Association. She served on the FASB Advisory Task Force for the Stock Compensation Project and serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals.
