I have responsibilities for variable compensation, equity compensation, salary planning/administration, and executive compensation. I also work in the preparation of the proxy, annual report, and 10K with respect to equity and NEO reporting. Also worked extensively to review and understand the legal, HR, compliance, and other compensation related issues in all of our foreign locations. We have over 5,000 employees in 14 countries. Previous Experience Over 11 years experience in compensation related positions, with more than 8 years in sales incentive related positions and 4 years of equity related responsibilities.
