Lisa Alexander is in Ernst & Young's Human Capital group in Philadelphia and specializes in Global Equity Incentives. She brings over thirteen years of experience in tax consulting, specifically in global equity delivery, expatriate compensation and assignment consulting. Lisa's recent experiences include:
- Managing global equity studies involving stock option, employee stock purchase, restricted stock and deferred compensation plans. Studies are multiphased including individual tax implication, corporate withholding and reporting obligations, corporate deductibility and country-specific plan design.
