Karen Y. Ikemoto Equity Compensation Administrator Karen is currently employed by Adobe Systems and is the Company’s Equity Compensation Administrator. Karen is actively involved in the administration of the Company’s stock and award programs, the 401(k) retirement plan, the Company’s global pension programs and the 529 College Savings plan. In addition, Karen assists in educating and communicating Adobe’s Equity programs to employees worldwide. She has been working in the area of stock administration and employee benefits for the past 2 1/2 years and at this time specifically administers Adobe’s employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) as well as the stock option programs.
