She joined the firm in 1993 and works extensively in the area of global equity-based and domestic compensation planning. Her practice emphasizes the worldwide implementation of equity-based plans (stock options, stock purchase, restricted stock and deferred compensation planning) while ensuring maximization of cash savings to both the corporation and employees. She also has significant experience with the impact of merger and acquisitions, spin-off, option repricing and tracking stock on such equity-based plans. Julie is also a member of several professional organizations including the Global Equity Organization (member since inception) and the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (member since 1997). She is a frequent speaker at local and national conferences. Julie received her L.LM. degree from Villanova University (1996). She also has a L.LM. degree in international business law from King's College, London (1992) and a law degree from the University of Montreal, Canada (1990).
