Jule Torre Independent Consultant Jule Torre has more than 20 years of experience in stock plan design, implementation and administration and is currently a consultant based in San Jose, CA. During her career, she has held various positions with major high tech companies, most recently as the Director of Global Shareholder Services at TIBCO Software Inc. in Palo Alto, CA. Prior to that, she spent over ten years at Adaptec, Inc. where she oversaw the Stock Administration Department, was responsible for the company's annual proxy statement, and ensured overall corporate compliance with SEC rules and regulations. Her extensive experience also includes several years as a paralegal, specializing in corporate securities and benefits. Ms. Torre is a founding member of NASPP and has served as a conference speaker on numerous occasions. She is professionally affiliated with the Global Equity Organization ("GEO") and the National Center for Employee Ownership ("NCEO"), and holds a BA in History and a paralegal certificate from Santa Clara University.
