George G. Martinson George is currently the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Stock Option Plan Administrator at Lockheed Martin Corporation, located in Bethesda, Maryland. George has responsibility for all aspects of stock plan administration as well as shareholder services within Lockheed Martin. Prior to Lockheed Martin, George spent five years at Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown working with public and private corporations in the areas of equity compensation, defined contribution, and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. George currently has his Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations with the NASD and is an active member of NASPP, American Society of Corporate Secretaries, and the E*TRADE Client Advisory Board. George has a B.S. from Syracuse University in International Relations and a M.B.A in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland.
