He is a Product Manager for OptionsLink, the service that provides employees the tools and information they need to successfully manage their stock plan benefits. Prior to joining E*TRADE Financial, David worked to develop and strengthen strategic partnerships in the business development group for Simpata, a provider of Web-based HR, benefits, and payroll administration. David's background in employee benefits began with the technology team at HealthNet, a leading provider of health care benefits and services. David's background includes relationship and project management, marketing program development, and user-interface design. David is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and ACM SIGCHI, a special interest group dedicated to exploring and improving computer-human interaction. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
