Christine Zwerling, CEP Ms. Zwerling is currently an independent equity compensation consultant. She has been in the Equity Compensation field for over eight years and received certification from the Certified Equity Professional Institute in June 2000. Her experience includes a multitude of routine and unique stock option projects from repricings and exchanges to acquisitions and IPOs. She has been a member of the NASPP Program & Membership Committee and is an active participant of the curriculum committee of the CEP Institute.
