Cheryl Spielman
Cheryl Spielman is a Partner in our U.S. Human Capital Practice, as well as the National Global Equity and Incentive Solution Leader for Ernst & Young's U.S. Practice.

Ms. Spielman specializes in advising on the tax, HR, and financial aspects of equity incentive plans and has over 23 years of experience in the expatriate area and the design and implementation of global compensation programs.

Ms. Spielman has extensive experience with issues related to plan design and global equity policies including mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. In addition to assisting companies with strategic compensation and organizational issues, she is a frequent speaker and leads seminars for professional organizations including the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Global Equity Organization, Automotive Executives, Tax Executives Institute, and E*Trade. Cheryl also sits on the Advisory Council for the Global Equity Organization. She has appeared on radio and television as a spokesperson for the firm, and is editor of the Global Incentive Compensation Reporter, a web-based subscription service, and has been on the editorial board for the bestseller, The Ernst & Young Tax Guide.

Ms. Spielman received her BS from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and Accounting. She is a CPA in the states of New Jersey and New York.
