Bruce is past President of the Boston chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). He is on the NASPP Advisory Board and is co-editor of the Stock Plan Advisor, the association's newsletter. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Virginia School of Law. He practiced law in Boston for a few years. But Bruce then decided to devote his professional career to making complex legal, tax, and financial information understandable to people that do not enjoy reading the Internal Revenue Code or the Securities Laws. Bruce is also president of Brumberg Publications in Brookline, Massachusetts.
