Bruce Brumberg
Bruce Brumberg is editor-in-chief and co-founder of myStockOptions.com, the premier provider of web-based educational content, tools, and custom web sites on stock options, ESPPs, and restricted stock. This award-winning online resource center has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, Boston Globe, Business Week, PC World, and on CNBC, National Public Radio, Money.com, and CBS Marketwatch.com. Human Resource Executive magazine featured myStockOptions.com as one of the 10 Best HR Products.

Many major financial institutions are licensing its content for their client websites, including Charles Schwab and JP Morgan Chase. Fortune 500 companies, such as Cardinal Health and Fifth Third Bank, have licensed a custom version of myStockOptions.com for their employee stock plans.

Bruce is past President of the Boston chapter of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). He is on the NASPP Advisory Board and is co-editor of the Stock Plan Advisor, the association's newsletter.

Bruce is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Virginia School of Law. He practiced law in Boston for a few years. But Bruce then decided to devote his professional career to making complex legal, tax, and financial information understandable to people that do not enjoy reading the Internal Revenue Code or the Securities Laws.

Bruce is also president of Brumberg Publications in Brookline, Massachusetts. He has created or works behind the scenes on a number of products in the stock compensation area, ranging from the popular and dramatic Think Twice insider trading prevention and education videos to the Corporate Executive newsletter.

He is also co-author with his wife of the best selling travel book Watch It Made In the USA: A Visitor's Guide to the Companies that Make Your Favorite Products and developer of www.factorytour.com.
