Barbara Wallace Barbara Wallace is President and CEO of Delphi Asset Management Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation located in Reno, Nevada. Ms. Wallace joined Oracle Corporation in May, 1999 as Director of Employee Stock Services in the Treasury department. She has been designated as Oracle's Chief Compliance Officer for Section 16 Reporting. Prior to Oracle, Ms. Wallace spent 16 years at Electronic Arts, from start-up through IPO and beyond. Her responsibilities during her career at EA included Accounting Manager, HR Manager, Assistant to the President, and Manager of Stock Administration. Before Electronic Arts, Ms. Wallace was an auditor for 3 years at KPMG Peat Marwick in San Jose. Ms. Wallace has a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting from San Jose State University and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the E*Trade Client Advisory Board and the College of Business Administration Advisory Board at the University of Nevada at Reno. She also serves on the Boards of Directors of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northern Nevada and Casey's Project.
