Anne Silver Anne Silver is an independent consultant in stock administration. Prior to 2003, she was Stock Plan Manager for VERITAS Software Corp., Mountain View, CA. She supervised the administration of VERITAS' stock option and employee stock purchase plans, providing data for its proxy statement and FAS 123 disclosures, monitoring insider trading compliance, preparing relevant SEC reports. She also reviewed compliance of securities, currency, employment and tax laws and human resource practices in 35 countries outside of the U.S. Prior to joining VERITAS in 1999, Ms Silver administered the stock plans of Legato Systems, Inc. in Palo Alto. Before coming to Legato in 1995, Anne worked as an independent consultant in stock administration to various Silicon Valley firms. She also worked at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison as a paralegal specializing in employee stock option issues. A Certified Equity Professional, she holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Cybernetic Systems.
