Amy Van Nostrand Senior Consultant Amy Van Nostrand is a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers' Equity Planner group. Amy recently joined PwC in November 2001 and specializes in the worldwide implementation, communication and administration of equity-based plans (stock options, stock purchase, and restricted stock). Prior to joining PwC, Amy worked at a leading global human resources consulting firm where she assisted a broad range of clients with equity compensation issues. Amy also works with clients to address equity and HR administration issues; including vendor relations, global polices and procedures, employee self-service and communications. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and is currently earning a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas Business School at the University of California at Berkeley. Amy has acquired significant international experience through her studies in Nepal and her two and a half year work experience in Jakarta, Indonesia.
