Mr. Daryl Magana, Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Magana and Mr. Chen share the mandate and mission of building SRS2's industry leadership position, and are responsible for setting the company's overall strategy. Mr. Magana's responsibilities include marketing, sales, finance and administration. Mr. Magana is a recognized leader in the technology business world. He founded Bidcom, Inc. in 1997, which, with his vision and leadership, revolutionizes the way the building industry conducted business and has successfully grown to be the leader in the industry. Bidcom has recently merged with Cephren to become Citadon. Prior to Bidcom, Mr. Magana held numerous executive level management positions in successful technology and industry organizations.

Daryl Magana is a repeated guest lecturer at Stanford University, University of California Berkeley and Harvard Business School. He has been quoted in major publications and magazines including Business 2.0, Red Herring, Fortune, Wired, Upside Magazine, The Economist and Computerworld. Additionally, he has been featured on various broadcast programs, including CNNfn and CIO Radio. He is a frequent industry spokesman at events such as Internet World, Forbes eBusiness Conference, Delphi eBusiness Summit, AEC Systems and AIA Conference.



Mr. Larry Chen, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chen and Mr. Magana share the mandate and mission of building SRS2's leadership position, and are responsible for setting the company's overall strategy. Mr. Chen oversees the functions of the CTO office, project management, customer delivery, and global offshore operations. Mr. Chen was previously senior vice president of network services and CIO of Citadon, Inc (formerly Bidcom, Inc.), responsible for building a highly scaleable and available infrastructure to support Citadon's global customers with their mission critical businesses. Prior to joining Bidcom where he served as chief technology officer (CTO) and was a co-founder, he worked with Oracle Corporation, where he had a variety of technical responsibilities, including Web development, database management, and software engineering.

Mr. Chen has over ten years of experience in the technology industry. Mr. Chen was the chair of the Construction/Project Management working group of the aecXML Project, a building industry consortium chartered to standardize the definition and exchange of architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) data. Mr. Chen is a frequent speaker and panelist at technology and industry conferences. Mr. Chen has frequently worked with major members of the technology management community serving on InfoWorld's CTO Advisory Council and the board of the IAI (International Alliance of Interoperability) as well as the advisory boards of several technology companies.

Mr. Chen holds an MS in Computer Science from the Univ. of California at Davis, and a BS in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.



Mr. Wei Lu, CFA, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lu is responsible for finance and administration, including the functions of corporate finance, accounting, human resources, and investor relations. He is also the corporate secretary.

Mr. Lu brings a wealth of financial and investment analysis, international business development, and investment consulting related experience and knowledge to his position. Prior to SRS2, Mr. Lu was vice president at the investment-banking arm of the Bank of New York Group in New York, responsible for corporate research in electric utility, auto parts and technology industry. Prior to that, Mr. Lu was Research Director (Asia Group) of Trans-National Research Corporation, a New Jersey based macro economic and securities investment consulting firm.

Mr. Lu, a Charted Financial Analyst, holds an MBA from Northeastern University, an M.S. in Economics from University of Connecticut, and a BS from the Management School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.



Dr. ZJ Chen, Vice President, Chief Technical Officer

As CTO, Dr. Chen assists in shaping up the firm's technology direction. In addition to architecture designs for client projects, he also oversees internal technical infrastructure and standards as well as the formation of domain expertise and reusable IPs that support the scalability of the company.

Dr. Chen was CTO of Global e-Commerce Network Inc., a Massachusetts based software company that develop high-end technological solutions to enable B2B e-commerce and e-CRM activities. Prior to joining GECN, he was Technology Director of Digitas, Inc., a Boston based leading e-commerce consulting firm, instrumental for the design and implementation of B2B solutions for General Motors and Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Chen is also a veteran Oracle DBA/Architect, and was responsible for the design and implementation of a very large-scale database for the Panama Vessel Tracking System in his previous position. Dr. Chen has also held several consultant positions in the past with the most recent one being Senior Consultant at Fidelity Management & Research Corp.

Mr. Chen holds a Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from Iowa State University and a BS in Physics from Shanghai Fu Dan University.



Mr. Bruce W. Leppla, General Counsel

As General Counsel, Mr. Leppla's responsibilities include worldwide legal policies, corporate governance, securities compliance, strategic transactions, commercial licensing, intellectual property, employment law, litigation, patent law, and legal support for SRS2.

Prior to SRS2, Mr. Leppla served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Redwood Bank in San Francisco, CA. From 1994 to 1998, he was a Director of the California Bankers Association. In recent years, he founded and served as the President and CEO at several technology companies, such as C.B.I.S. Inc (online employee benefits); Trusted Systems Laboratories (operating system security software for Unix platforms) and iBusinessBank (internet-based financial services). Mr. Leppla is also a co-inventor of several U.S. and international patents in the area of electronic commerce. Mr. Leppla started his career as a corporate attorney on Wall Street with Davis Polk & Wardwell, representing Morgan Stanley, Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. and a number of Fortune 500 companies. With partners, he has built and sold real estate developments in the high-end retail fashion sector. Mr. Leppla is a member of the State Bars of New York and California.

Mr. Leppla holds M.A. (Economics) and J.D. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley and is a graduate of Yale University (Magna Cum Laude).



Mr. James Wang, Vice President, Sales, China Operation

Mr. Wang assists in expanding SRS2's offshore software development capabilities by developing and nurturing strategic relationships with leading software and technology firms in China. Mr. Wang also oversees the integration of the firm's offshore development resources into the entire economic chain in the end-to-end software development process.

Mr. Wang was chief strategic consultant of Shanghai Baud Data Communication Co., Ltd., where he advised the organization, management, and sales/marketing aspects of the business operation. He was also a Senior Consultant of the Shanghai office of Achieveglobal (USA) where he provided consulting and training services in leadership, sales management and team work to multinational corporations including Dell, Compaq, HP, BP, Coca-Cola and Alianz life insurance. Prior to that, Mr. Wang was South China Regional Manager at Siemens Nixdorf in charge of sales, marketing and customer services, after his stint as a sales manager at AST Research Co, and a system engineer and project manager at Shanghai Foxboro Co.

Mr. Wang has over ten- years of managerial, consulting and technical experience in China's burgeoning IT industry. He holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a BS in Computer Science from Shanghai Fu Dan University."



Mr. Weiguo, Vice President, Business Development, China Operation

Before joining SRS2, He was a co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Shanghai Baud Data Communication Co. which under his creative leadership has grown to be the second largest IP router producer in China. The company is also ranked as a top 100 private-owned hi-tech firm in China. Due to his remarkable business success, Mr. was awarded "The Top Ten Outstanding Youth" in 2000 by the Chinese government and was elected a member of the first Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. Mo brings over ten years of experience in managing fast growing hi-tech companies. He has in-depth understanding of Chinese local business and is highly respected in the investment community in Greater China.

Mr. Mo holds a MS degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Fudan university, and is currently enrolled in the EMBA program in the prestigious China-Europe International Business School. BS (CEIBS).
