Sue Morgan, Perkins Coie Partner, Perkins Coie LLP, Seattle J. Sue Morgan is a Partner with the firm of Perkins Coie LLP in the Seattle, Washington office. She specializes in corporate and securities law, and focuses her practice on executive and equity compensation arrangements, and on public company reporting and compliance, including insider trading issues under Section 16, Rule 144, Rule 10b-5 and Rule 10b5-1. Ms. Morgan also has extensive experience in public offerings as issuers' and underwriters' counsel, and in the structuring of private placements. She is a frequent speaker on securities law and disclosure and on executive and equity compensation matters and is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals National and Seattle Advisory Boards and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries Pacific Northwest Chapter Advisory Board.
