Michelle McKinney, QUALCOMM Michelle is the Director of Equity Programs for QUALCOMM Incorporated. Based in San Diego, QUALCOMM is a leader in developing and delivering innovative digital wireless communications products and services based on the Company's proprietary CDMA digital technology. Michelle directs QUALCOMM's stock option compensation program as well as the integration and communication of compensation programs relative to mergers and acquisitions. QUALCOMM's stock option program has been consistently identified as a key driver in employee satisfaction and retention at the Company; this unique Company climate led to QUALCOMM's being named as Number 8 on The Best Companies to Work For in America by Fortune magazine earlier this year. Michelle has been with QUALCOMM since 1991, and has previously led the Company's activities in the areas of performance management, international compensation, and executive compensation. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
