Stacy Matseas, QUALCOMM Stacy Matseas, CEP, has been with QUALCOMM Incorporated in San Diego, CA for over 14 years where she is currently the Director of Stock Administration. She has over 10 years of experience in the Equity Compensation field with an additional four years in payroll. Ms. Matseas was a co-founder of the San Diego Equity Edge User Group in 1993 and continues to be instrumental in the facilitation of that organization which meets on a quarterly basis. Ms. Matseas is responsible for all functions performed by QUALCOMM's Stock Administration Department including the administration of the Stock Option Plans, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Section 16 Reporting, SEC Rule 10b5-1 Plans, Restricted Stock releases, Annual Proxy and maintaining their Transfer Agent relationship. She is the secretary of QUALCOMM's Compensation, Stock Option and Corporate Governance Committees. Ms. Matseas is a member of the E*TRADE Advisory Board, NASPP and has been a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) since 1994.
