Noreen Burns, QUALCOMM Noreen Burns has over 20 years of experience in stock administration and is currently Sr. Manager, Stock Administration at QUALCOMM in San Diego, California. Prior to joining QUALCOMM in April 2001, she worked for 16 years at Brooktree Corporation which was purchased by Rockwell Semiconductor in 1996 and subsequently spun-off to Conexant Systems in 1999. Ms. Burns has a broad range of experience in all areas of stock administration, including the accounting, payroll, legal and HR functions related to equity compensation. Ms. Burns is a Certified Equity Professional and a member of the E*TRADE Advisory Board, NASPP, and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries.
